‘Hello’ in my mother tongue, isiZulu, is ‘Sawubona’ which translates to 'we see you’ or rather 'those I walk with, see all those you walk with, the stories, histories and ancestors’. Here ‘we’ are.

I am a South African–German interdisciplinary performer, writer, and facilitator, weaving together theatre, poetry, and storytelling to explore belonging in the in-between. Inspired by all those I walk with, Call and Response is central to my practice in which I create collaborative worlds where diverse heritages and languages meet.
